2002 Toyota Camry keep cuting off

I never had a poblem with my car until I change the battery in it the other day. Now it cut off when I stop. I was told that if I drive it the after taking the negtive cable off after 10 second the computer would reboot. But nothing change it is still cut off it I take my foot of the gas.

Is there a way to manually idle it upbecause I done drove it an nothing change we the car cut off its hard to steer. Thank alot

You can try the air adjusting screw on the throttle body
