The crank pulley is at TDC. I am having a hard time lining up the cam pulley. Could I have it out 180 degrees? Is there only one way for it to go? It is very difficult to line up the hole in the pulley with the punch on the head, any suggestions?

Thanks Greg

Hi there,

Use a small mirror and a torch to view the hole in the cam pulley and the notch, the hole should be at 12-00 O'clock. Do not rotate crank or cam with out belt as valve damage will occur.
