Hi there,

There is no gasket on the sump, it is sealed with a chemical bonding agent, you must use the correct Toyota sealant for this job, The sump will be difficult to remove and you must not try and pry it free with screw drivers as you will bend the flange, there is a special wide chisel that is used to separate the sump from the block, with the exhaust and lower guards removed drain the oil and unbolt the pan, you will have to clean every last remaining trace of old sealant or the bond may not take completely, follow the instructions on the tube exactly or you will still have leaks to deal with.
