I recently failed performed the yearly emission test on my camry but it failed. This is the first time. Am told it is because it has the engine light on. However, it had the engine light on last year when I did it and it passed. Nontheless, the results of the test indicates that the MIL CMD failed with rpm = 0705 and DTC1 = P0446, Codes read = 01, DLC = Pass, Readiness =Pass, Koeo = Pass. What am I looking at to get it fixed?
