1999 Toyota Camry check engine light and traction off light

My 99 Camry has recently been showing the check enging light after traveling on the highway for a 2 plus hour trip. It will stay on for a few days then inexplicably go off. Same for the traction light. It will show traction off in slippery weather and stay off for a few days. What gives?

Need to have it scanned for codes
even when light is out the computer will store in it the codes
most local part store should be able to help you
suspect o2 sensor
but need codes
