1999 Toyota Camry check engine light

My check engine light is on so I had a smog check guy check it and these codes came up po125 & p1130, po125 says insufficent coolent temp for closed loop, fuel control. P1130 says lack of ho2s-11 fuel trim @ limit how can I fix this or do I have to take it to a mechanic, I changed the egr valve, and mudule, catalic converter thank you, ernie

Remove the intake air temp sensor and the engien coolant temp sensor and bring them inside and let them get room temp for a few hours. Then measure the resistance and tell me what do you find.
