1998 Toyota Camry rough running engine

Initial startup in morning engine runs rough for first 3 or 4 minutes then smoothes out and runs fine all day even when you shut it off and restart until it sits all night.

first start of the morning check the exhaust color, excessivly white? black, blue, grey? does it matter if the temperature is warm or if the temperature is hot outside?

disconnect the intake air temp sensor and engine temp/coolant temp sensor and try staring, run any better?
