I'm trying to find out why, for the 2nd time in 3 months, then engine has blown a spark plug (not the same one as the first time). Has anyone experienced this? Am wondering if the age of the car has something to do with this.

No, the entire plug is blowing. Am wondering if it's just age -- the car is 13 years old.

Thanks so much for your help. We've helicoiled the 2 that have blown, and are planning to take care of the remaining 2 ASAP. I'm getting tired of breaking down every month or so!
