The right rear passenger seat belt is fully extented and will not retract. I would like to known how to release the lock so the seat belt will retract. Is this a part defect and the seat belt needs to be replaced.

Hi there,

if the seat belt is fully extended and locked, i would remove the sat belt and rotate the housing while gently pulling on the belt, the locking lever and spring, is stuck, if it won't release easily, get a new belt, you don't want to be messing with seat belts and lives, if it is at all suspect and defective, the other belts should be fine.
