1996 Toyota Camry Head Gasket replacement?

96 camry 2.2L 80,000 miles needs head gasket replacement. Im trying to figure out which parts I need for this job to be done completely. Am I relacing the cylinders or the whole head or rebuilding. Not an expert but I want to get the parts and have someone I know put them in instead of them buying it and telling me a different price.

You will not know until the old head is at the machine shop, and tested for warpage and or cracks. Valves good or bad, valve springs good or bad.
