Hello - I have a 1996 toyota camry, and the fuel door popped off the hinge/bracket and was curious how to put it back on without taking it to a garage. It looks as if the hinge was connected directly to the door, and is where it popped off. Is it an easy fix to take the hinge off, apoxy it back onto the door, and then screw the hinge back on? Please advise.

Many thanks!

Generally the hinges are spot welded into place before the paint job .. you could see if the dealer sells a new fuel door with the hinge already connected ... or try epoxy .. but I woud not guarentee how long the epoxy repair would last ??
