1995 Toyota Camry Valve seals and Oil Leaks

My toyota Camry 95 emmits a blue smoke at start up which according tomany mechanics could be due to worn out valve seals. Another problem is that the the car has multiple oil leaks.I can see drops of oil on the ground in the morning. My question, what should be done torepair this and what will be the estimate cost, at a dealership or at alternative car repair shops?

Hi there,

for the valve stem seals the head has to come off and you may also have worn valve guides, the water pump & timing belt may be replaced as well and as for the other oil leaks you will have to get the engine washed and assessed as there are a number of placed that the oil can be coming from, these Jobs cant be estimated as there are to many variables, involved.
