There is a vibration from the front engine dampers (large rubber mounts) at the bottom of the engine. The service tech recommended replacing them which will be done soon. Is engine vibration enough to cause the oil dip stick to vibrate up out of it's seated position in the tube? This is causing a bit of oil in the engine compartment. Also what can be done to remedy the issue? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi there,

i have seen dip sticks come all the way out with bad vibration due to faulty engine mounts, do the mounts first as this should cure the problem.
