Care has locked nut , can't find to the instrutment to remove the locked nut. What to do?

bring it to your neighborhood repair shop, we deal with this situation all the time and have special tools to remove them. if your home and want to try to do it yourself, you might get lucky smashing a socket onto it and loosen it with a breaker bar. i hope this helps.
