I don't know what else I can do. I have tough time starting after it stalled. Car started when cold, but after running few minutes the RPM raise automatically to around 2000 RPM and starts to get rough. Spark plugs have black film, suspect that it's too rich on fuel. Timing is checked, spark plugs replaced, spark plug wires, replaced, distributor also replaced (this is the distributor with built in coil), air filter and fuel filter replaced, fuel injectors have been cleaned. What else can I do. Problem is still not fixed yet. After the car is stalled, I would have tough time starting it and while cranking it, I can smell fuel and also something burning. Please help.
Thank you for your time.

Disconnect a sparkplug wire or 2 and ground it to the engine -have helper crank engine over-do you have a snapping blue spark? If so-you have a fuel related problem, check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter/fuel pump/pressure regulator and listen to the injector/s are they pulsing or hook up a noid light. No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors- Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it

If both fuel and spark is present-check the valve and ignition timing, this will lead you to problems with compression and valves opening and closing at the wrong time/broken or jumped timing belt/chain
