I have a problem trying to start my car, the steering wheel doesn't want to turn, and I cannot turn the key in my ignition. I was told it could be my alarm, but how do I fix that on my own. I cannot open the door with my key only with my alarm. Even when I use my alarm the car alarm light still goes on, i'm thinking the reason why my car is all stuck is cause the alarm system is messed up. So how do I fixed this problem? Thanks

Hi baydcjuicy,

The steering not turning has nothing to do with the alarm. Try turning the steering slightly left or right to get the lock free to enable you to turn the ignition key.

If the key cannot be inserted fully, then there might be something wrong with the key cylinder.
