1992 Toyota Camry brake lights wont work

the brake lights wont come on we replaced the brake switch and the failure brake module in the rear panel but the brake lights wont work turn signals and the running lights work and I replaced the module cause it looked burnt up and the new one looked burned up in the same spot

Failure brake module are you refering this as the light failure sensor?

Yes I thats what its called its in the trunk behind the lining

At the sensor have someone step on the brake and check for power on the green and white wire terminal-do you have it
