While driving sometimes the my car is not picking up when I step on the pedal. Sometimes it stalls and it wont start after an hour or less, the baterry is good, ive check the fuel filter there is no pressure, so I remove the fuel pump. How can I check if the pump needs replacing. Thanks

Could you hear pump kick in for a couple of seconds when turning key? If not, inspect your fuel pump relay. If this is OK, inspect wiring at pump to ensure it is getting power. If it is getting power but pump is not coming on, pump needs replaced.

Thanks for using 2CarPros. Com!
