Hot nights cool mornings, dew on car. Starts fine until up to temp. When hot I get no power to take off, this lasts for a few minutes then fine all day no matter how long car is turned off. Once very heavy dew and car did not start. Twice lighter dew and car stalled going into any gear after hot. Most time just no take off power after warm up for a few minutes. Had in rain a couple times and no problem. Dist cap, rotor button, wires replaced. Dist cap seal good. Maf sensor, fuel pump new. Ecu board conformal coated. Many connectors, fuses, relays have new waterproof dielectric applied. Most mechanics say dist cap and then stumped. Met someone with same car and same problem.

Check the ake air temp sensor and the engine coolant temo sensor, before the firststart of the day, they should read with 5 degrees of each other with a scantool if not replace both and it should be ok. Will it drive ok when cold in open loop?
