1990 Toyota Camry Retrctable Drivers Side Seat Belt

My drivers side seat belt will not retract when I open the door. The Passenger side works OK. Any Ideas? THANKS ED

Does the motor turn on when you open the door? If so, it may be jammed, off track, or a week motor. If you dont hear anything, check the fuses.

I don't hear any motor. Where would it be located? Also I have been looking for the fuse but also don't know where it is located.I cheked near the battery but I am not sure that it is located there. Thanks
