1986 Toyota Camry can't drive over 20mph

Just put car in shop and they cannot find the problem. Car will not exceed 20 km/h. Have replaced distributor, plugs and wires, timming belt and the engine continues to lack power and shudders. 1996 Toyota Camry 4cylinder

Hi there,

Make sure that the timing was set with the diagnostic link connected and check for a blocked cat converter, was the fuel pressure & flow tested?
