2003 Toyota Avalon Check Eng light is on but vehicle seems

The Toyota dealer found (2) trouble codes:

O0116 - VVT System Monitor
And
P0118 – OCV for VT Monitor

Can you please tell me what these codes mean or what part needs changing?

Check your transmission, you need to replace the transmission oils & clean the transmission box & filter, I had the same problem.
