I have noticed water dripping from under the passenger door (driver side) after I park the car. It is a very slow drip but continues for sometime after I stop the car creating a puddle. What would cause this slow drip? Is it an airconditioning problem? It has no anti-freeze mixed in - it is truly pure water. Any help would be appreciated!

The problem is NOT an Air Conditioning problem. Rather the drain holes on the very bottom of door are clogged, preventing water from draining after rain or car washing. Despite some Toyota techs objections, this problem IS a design problem because the drain holes in the trim do not align with the drain holes in the sheet metal of the door. Thus they set the stage a clogged drain. It tends to be the rear doors on either side that have the problem most often. One fix I read said to drill a 1/8 hole in the extreme bottom of every door to fix this permanently. This fix will work, but since Toyota forgot to coordinate those hole positions between the two parts. I prefer to remove the trim and drill it where the original drain holes in the sheet metal are located. Hope this helps. If you cannot do it, print this answer take it to any reputable body shop, who can do it in a snap.
