1998 Toyota Avalon missing

I put my obd2 reader on the car and its telling me that cyl. 1, 3, 5 are missing it's also telling me that bank 1 is low and code p0402 ex gas i'm wondering if somthing could be leading up to all of these thanks in advance.

If your EGR system is not functioning properly it could cause a misfire. If the valve is opened when it is suppose to be closed, that could cause a vacuum leak which inturn would cause you to run lean and have a mis-fire. I would get the EGR system checked out.
