1996 Toyota Avalon Toyota Avalon Wont Start! No Spark!

I have a 1996 Toyota Avalon XL, engine was recently replaced, now after completely putting new engine in car turns over but will not start. No spark but getting plenty of gas. Acts like it wants to start but will not turn over. Tried spraying starter fluid in because car was sitting for a while but again not starting at all. Removed the coil placed a spark plug in it to see if spark. Nothing Please help!

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it.
