94 4Runner stumbles at 25,000 RPM to 30,000 RPM?

My 94 4runner starts stumbling constantly/rapidly choke/hiccup or whatever it's called when driving from 25,000 to 30,000 rpm. Then when it pass 31,000 rpm, it runs fine but if it goes down to that rpm range it does it again? I wonder what's wrong? Please help, thanks alot.

No, no indicators whatsoever, it just does it. I have no idea what's wrong. Please help
