2005 Toyota 4Runner Low MIles What Maintenece should be per

I have low miles because I used to just go back and forth to airport. Now I drive about 3000 miles a year. Oli is changed every 6-7 months

I am coming up on 15000 mile service and because of the 5 years wonder if the transmission fluid and radiator coolant should be changed to ensure these fluids do not break down?

I realize both are longer life but I keep my vehichles 10-15 years.
