Hi there,
Drain the fuel tank and flush out with diesel, blow out fuel lines and change filter. Remove injector fuel return line (where it comes of the rail under the in let manifold and prim the pump and return rail with fuel, use hand pump on filter to flush out, crack open injector lines at injectors and crank over to flush out lines.
You can only hope that there is no damage to the pump and injectors as petrol is not a lubricant (the diesel acts as a lubricant as well) so some over heating and binding may have resulted, time will tell.
