2001 Toyota 4Runner Engine will not turn over

I have not been able to get my truck running and I have replaced the battery, alternator, and fuse located by my battery. It turns over but will not start. Can you please give me some ideas on what to chack next. I am hoping to get it running soon so I can go on leave. Whatever help you can give is much appreciated.

Did you have a check engine light come on or has flashed prior to this problem and when was your last tune-up?

Do below to determine whether it's fuel or spark issue:

Cranks but no start condition:

Fuel and Spark:
check for spark at the plug and then test for fuel pressure on the fuel rail
