My fan blower for my fan and air conditioner wont go off. I can turn it from low up to high speed but when I turn it off it stays on both on fan and when I push in the air conditioner. How do I get it to go off? First time this has ever happened. Just purchased the car about a month ago. Any help would be appreciated - thank you

Find the relay in the relay box, remove it and see what happens and also there's another one on the blower unit high speed relay

I opened up the hood of the car and took the lid off of the panel you had displayed for me. I take it the one I am suppose to take off is the marked heater. I tried to pull it out but it wouldn't come. I was afraid to try and force it to because I didn't know it that would break something? And also where is the blower unit high speed relay located that I need to check - thanks pam
