1997 Toyota 4Runner 1997 4Runner Major issues

I just traded my bmw m3 for this car about a week ago-probabbly one of the worst mistakes I have ever made but I wanted a 4runner so I got one the issues are now shaking when clutch released (new clutch?) And now it is running rough and the engine light came on tonight and it just runs fairly rough at idle it seems like it misses but not A lot I dont know when the timing belt was done but I recently did the plugs and the oil change and the air filter and I ran some fuel injector cleaner through it and it ran better for about 2 minutes before it got even worse
