Sometimes the key won't come out of the ignition. Toyo suggested a new key cut using VIN number as original key worn down. New key now stuck. Any suggestions?

Try some liquid graphite maybe it will free up. If not looks like new key cylinder is in order.

The key won't always turn to the lock position. It stops at "ACC".

Looks like cylinder replacement time. Will you be attempting repair yourself?

Does truck have an air bag in steering wheel I think it does. If so this would be a little more than a DYI should tackle. But if you do it you'll need a good wheel puller and on this site On Line Repair Manuals will be helpful. Also OEM is the best way to go for key cyl
