GREAT TO FIND THIS WEB-SIGHT,

I HAVE TEN MPG, TO DEAL WITH. I ADDED A CONTAINER OF "SEA - FOA ' TO TWELVE GALLONS OF UNLEADED GASOLINE. I HAVE HEARD OF AN OIL IMPREGNATED / COTTON AIR FILTER, TO IMPROVE AIR FLOW. ANY USEFULL SOLUTIONS? 77,000, SHOULD BE BETTER, AS 'SMOG-TEST' RESULTS CLAIM PERFECTLY CLEAN RUNNING. THE "D" KICK-DOWN, ON STEEP HILLS IS NOT WELL ADJUSTED.

THANK YOU.

10mpg! Such drastic decrease in mile huh? I would suspect a bad o2 sensor since its such a drastic drop to start things off or leaky injectors or bad fuel pressure pump and regulator.

THe air filter will maybe increase your mpg 2 miles at the MOST.
