Engine Performance problem
1987 Toyota 4Runner 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual Alot miles

My problem is I go to start my truck and usually it takes a couple of minutes for it to run., But when it does it runs great. Could it be the cold start valve or what? I checked they fuel injection pressure regulator and it seems to be fine. Could you give me any ideas of what it might be?

Check the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge/the coolant temperature sensor to include the cold start valve.
