Hi everyone!

I just can't thank this website enough for always helping me fix my car. I'm replacing the exhaust donut gasket (where manifold meets the rest of the exhaust pipe) due too excess of exhaust fumes and leanish mix. The car runs good but MPG can be improved plus strong exhaust fumes. I learned that this is a common problem for the 8th gen Corolla due to lack of flex joint. I just ordered new donut gasket and screws with springs and want to know how much torque needed to tighten the screws?

Regards,
Ron

Good evening,

I attached a diagram for you of the system and in that diagram are the torque specs for you to follow.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
