Torque specs for a 1984 Prelude ex 1.8 dual carb?

Okay so I wanted to remove the head to take it to a machinist and I wanted to know what were the torque specs of some parts of the engine, I already got head torque spec and bolt pattern but I need other things
So yeah could you maybe give me the exhaust and intake manifold torque spec and for the Cam caps too

Intake manifold bolts 16 ft-lbs
Exhaust manifold-to-head bolts 22 ft-lbs
Camshaft bearing caps / cam caps 8 mm bolts: 16 ft-lbs; 6 mm bolts: 9 ft-lbs
