Torque specs and pattern

I've been replacing the lifters on my truck, and I'm having problems finding the torque pattern and poundage. I've found diagrams for bolts that at M8, and M11. But not for mine. Mine has 10 bolts total, 9 of which are M13 and one is a 13mm Allen wrench. Any help would be great.
