Torque for outer tie rod end nut

I can't find the exact torque for outer tie rod end nut for the car listed above. Nothing in Haynes book, nothing in e-manual I bought for that car. In e-manual they give torques for models of other years, but not for 2003. For example for 1995 it is 31 Ft-lbs, for 1997-1999 it is 44 Ft-lbs. Since torques vary from yer to year I want to know the exact value for that model 2003. Same thing for the Jam Nut on the Inner Tie Rod. No clear answer for that torque as well.

You have no idea how happy it makes me that you understand the importance of torque values. Often we go by common sense, but that is better left to specialists with lots of experience.
