Tire replacement size

Can I put 245/60r18 tires on the vehicle listed above, SEL model stock rims without rubbing?

These tires are going to push it. More than likely you are going to have to do a lift in order get them to fit or even trim the body panels/fender liner.

This replacement tire is almost 2 and half inches taller and almost a half inch wider.

In fact, it may not even fit in the wheel well so I would go out and measure how much room you have on the front edge and rear edge of the tire to fender as it sits.

I am attaching the illustration below, but you are going to have to have more than 1 1/4 inches on the front and rear of the tire in order to even have it fit. That does not include turning radius so I would start there because if it doesn't have this clearance then nothing else matters.

Lastly, this size tire will most likely be too much for this vehicle. This is going to seriously impact your fuel economy and performance. It is going to be noticeably sluggish.
