Will these rims and tires work on my vehicle?

I have P205 70 R16 tires, a couple of the rims are buggered so looking at some free ones online there’s a set of rims with P245 75 R16 tires off a jeep Cherokee will these rims work.

The P245/75R16 tires are significantly larger than P205/70R16 tires so you might have clearance issues. The bolt pattern should be the same along with the center alignment hole, but I would measure them to make sure.
