Second problem, I changed starter motor in February 2023, since then twice I had to push start the car, any possible reason why starter motor keeps on failing?

Hi,

The plug you need will be hard to get new. I would recommend going to a salvage yard to find one.

As far as the starter motor, are you getting new ones or are they remanufactured? Also, are you getting them from a parts store and not online? I ask because I've been seeing a lot of problems with online purchases and remanufactured ones.

Let me know. If you are always getting the same brand, you may want to consider trying something different.
