Timing chain guide and installing

I need the timing chain guide to make sure I get my timing marks correct.

Hello,

Check the procedure below for install the engine valve timing.

1. Turn crankshaft so that the number one piston is at TDC.

2. Turn the camshaft so that, with the sprocket temporarily installed the timing mark is straight down.

3. Install the balance shaft driven gear if required. Check pic(1) below.

4. Prevent the balance shaft from rotating and install the balance shaft driven gear bolt.
Tighten the balance shaft driven gear bolt to 22NM (16lbft).
Use the j45059 tool to rotate the bolt an additional 70 degrees.

5. Install the camshaft thrust plate, if required
install the camshaft thrust plate bolts if required
tighten the bolts to 15NM911lbft)check picture (2) below.

6. Install the balance shaft drive gear. Check picture(3) below.

7. Align the timing marks on the balance drive gear and the balance shaft driven gear. Check picture (4) below.

8. Install the crankshaft sprocket.

9, install the timing chain and the camshaft sprocket. Check picture (5) below.

10. Assemble the timing chain on the sprockets with the timing marks as close together as possible, check picture (6) below.

11. Install the camshaft sprocket bolt. Check picture (7) below.
Tighten the camshaft sprocket bolt to 100NM (74lbft)
use the j36660-A to rotate the bolt an additional 90 degrees.

12. Install the timing dampener check picture (8) below.

13. Install the timing chain dampener bolt tighten 22NM (16lbft).

14. Rotate the engine two revolutions and check the timing marks. Ensure that the marks are aligned.

15. Install the engine front cover.
