Timing chain cover

All I want to know is how many bolts hold the timing cover on? Bolts or stud nuts I'm counting 12. I just want to make sure before I start the ordeal! My Chilton manual is kind of sketchy and I've found them to be wrong before!

Really the image you posted only shows 8 plus 2 oil pan 10! You guys might want to update the image you're using! That image don't show the two on top behind the water pump! Thank you for your help much appreciated!

Just to be clear I only counted 8 arrows to me would indicate where a bolt or nut should be located!
