Time it takes to fix a camshaft plug?

Took my car to the mechanic for an oil change. After waiting for a while he came and said the oil change was all done and that there was a leak in my cam cap. So, I gave permission for them to fix it and the guy working on my car drove it around in front like 10 minutes later. They charged me $75 labor and $22 for a camshaft plug. Is it possible to fix a cam plug in 10 or 15 minutes?

Yep, the camshaft plug is held on by one bolt and uses an O ring seal which is easily replaced. Most shops have a minimum charge even for simple repairs, which is normal. Here is an image of what was done so you know. Check out the images (below).
