This is my very first Corvette. It looks like it has tilting steering wheel. How do I get it to tilt?

Look at the left side of the column. There should be two stalks, the top one will be the turn/dimmer/cruise lever. Below it will be a shorter lever, that is the tilt lever, just pull it toward the wheel the same way the dimmer works, with it pulled the wheel will move up/down. Release it where you wish, and tilt the wheel a bit and it will lock in again.

It probably has a telescopic column also. Turn the lock counterclockwise at the center of the steering wheel and the wheel will go in and out.
