Tighten the throttle cable

I tried to change spark plug number 6 and I think I bothered the throttle cables because the acceleration is top speed when I turn it over.

Hi,

I attached two pics below. In the first one, I highlighted the cable. In the second one, I highlighted where the cable goes.

Check to make sure nothing is disconnected. With the engine off, have a helper press the gas pedal in the vehicle while you watch if the cable is moving the throttle plate.
