When I cut off the engine the electric power remains feeding the throttle body and I hear low whistling coming from the throttle body.
Please excuse my bad English.

Hi,
I want to add that the engine starts and accelerates without any difficulty. But every morning I find the battery drained.
Thank you, sir.

Can you upload a short video of the noise so I can hear it? You can upload it here with your response.

Hi,

Sorry, the sound coming out from the throttle body is very low. It seems that the electric motor is unable to close the throttle body gate. But when I take off the battery negative wire, the gate gets closed.
Excuse my bad English Mr. Ken
Thank you very much.

No problem, I would unplug the throttle body to see if the noise goes away and if so, replace the throttle body. Thanks for the video, it helps.

Yes, this is to allows gas fumes to dissipate, I think it is normal but you can try a new part and see if it does the same thing.
