Cleaned the throttle body using carb cleaner. I was careful not to touch sensor or motor inside. Did the relearn process but now my truck drives horribly and has pending codes of P0106, P0171, P0174, and P0507. Mil light is not on.

These are codes that are showing you have a massive vacuum leak. I would recheck your work to make sure the throttle body is securely attached to the intake manifold and the gasket is in good shape.

P0106 - MAP Sensor Performance Problem
P0171 - System Too Lean (Bank 1)
P0174 - System Too Lean (Bank 2)
P0507 - Idle Control System RPM Higher Than Expected

If you find something wrong clear the codes after the repair, also check the vacuum lines, if you cant find anything we should check for a vacuum leak. This video will show you how.
