Check battery for condition including load test these may either be stored codes or battery is low sending false codes. Then clear codes if battery is good an d try to run it if still same problem rescan for codes.

I checked the battery and it's good. I cleared the codes and rescanned it now I get p2104 and p2112. I know the throttle actuator isn't stuck closed because it moves to wot if I didn't start it

Both of these are gas pedal dtc's but check harness from ecm to throttle it rubs on egr pipe, rubs through and shorts out that may be all it is. If not it may be the gas pedal.
