Ok after owning this grand Cherokee for some time almost a year the jeep started to act funny cutting off while driving then it started while still rolling in neutral with out tuching the key. Got it home after a long time then started to test and troubleshoot hooked it to a code reader showed a bad coil and distributor changed both also showed bad fuel relay changed that after all that we changed the fuel filter just to be on the safe side and yes the fuel pump works plenty of fuel to throttle body and rails but still no fire to distributor what in the world could be the problem why no fire and all new parts and its draining the battery at a fast rate and had the alternator checked and it good im at a loss at the moment please help

Diagnostic fault codes never say to replace parts or that one is bad. They only indicate the circuit or system that needs further diagnosis, or the unacceptable operating condition. Have you read the fault codes recently? If so, post them here and we'll figure out where to go next.
